Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 lb butter, softened
• 4 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg yolk

Recipe

• 1 mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and egg yolk until well blended.
• 2 add flour and mix.
• 3 using a cookie press, press onto ungreased cookie sheets.
• 4 bake at 350º until firm but not hard. about 8-10 minutes.
