Chocolate Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients

• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 16 large marshmallows

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 grease an 11 1/2 x 7 baking pan.
• 3 melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler over hot water.
• 4 set aside.
• 5 cream sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
• 6 add flour.
• 7 beat.
• 8 add melted chocolate and butter.
• 9 beat well.
• 10 mix in vanilla and pecans.
• 11 pour into prepared pan.
• 12 bake 18 minutes.
• 13 remove from oven and cover with marshmallows.
• 14 return to oven and bake until marshmallows are lightly browned.
• 15 cool slightly and cut into bars.
