Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (19 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 2 cups shredded coconut
• 1/4 cup coco lopez
• 1/4 cup softened butter
• 2 eggs

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees,.
• 2 stir all ingredients together, roll into balls then roll into additional coconut.
• 3 bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
• 4 makes appx 3 dozen cookies.
