Ingredients
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 toast pecans in a 350f oven for 8 minutes, let cool.
- 2 melt butter, add sugar & cayenne, mix well.
- 3 bring to a medium boil.
- 4 remove from heat, pour over pecans & mix well.
- 5 pour on a parchment lined cookie sheet, spread out & let cool.
- 6 store in an airtight container.
