Broccoli Bread

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 load frozen bread dough (thawed in refrigerator overnight)
  • 1/2 bag frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)
  • 1/2 package provolone cheese
  • pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 knead bread dough out flat on greased cookie sheet.
  • 2 place provolone cheese in middle of bread dough.
  • 3 add pepperoni slices on top of provolone.
  • 4 add shredded mozzerella.
  • 5 place cooked and drained broccoli on mozzerella.
  • 6 add shredded cheddar on top of broccoli.
  • 7 sprinkle with parmesan.
  • 8 bring up sides of bread and pinch at ends and top to seal.
  • 9 bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (or until lightly browned).
  • 10 let stand a few mintues before slicing.
