Brownies 'n Cream Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients

• 19 7/8 ounces duncan hines dark chocolate fudge brownie mix
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 16 ounces duncan hines creamy home style classic vanilla frosting

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375.
• 2 grease cookie sheet.
• 3 combine brownie mix, egg, water and oil in large bowl.
• 4 stir until well blended and soft dough forms.
• 5 drop by level measuring tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
• 6 bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes or until cookies are set in center. do not overbake.
• 7 cool 1 minute before removing to cooling rack.
• 8 cool completely before assembling.
• 9 spread frosting on half the cookies. top each frosted cookie with another cookie.
• 10 gently press together.
