Buffalo Nuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 4 tablespoons hot sauce (i use franks)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne (more or less depending on the preferred heat level)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees. line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- 2 mix everything except nuts together to blend.
- 3 add nuts and toss well.
- 4 bake for 10-12 minutes stirring a couple of times.
- 5 let cool on pan.
