Buffalo Style Empanadas

Ingredients

- 3/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (16 1/3 ounce) can grands refrigerator biscuits
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing, optional for dipping
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 375 degrees. brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. drain, add onions, sauce and mix well. remove from heat.
- 2 seperate dough into 8 biscuits. press or roll each to form a 6 inch round. spoon beef mixture evenly onto half of each biscuit round. top each with 2 tablespoons of cheese. fold dough over filling, press edges to seal. place on an ungreased large cookie sheet.
- 3 bake at 375 for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown. serve with ranche dressing for dipping.
