Catie's High Fiber Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cups oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • 2 add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  • 3 add 1/2 cup of each flour, baking soda, and salt, mix well.
  • 4 add remaining flour and mix well.
  • 5 add chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  • 6 drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
  • 7 bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
