Chocolate Oven Doughnut

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups bisquick baking mix
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
• 2 mix baking mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla in medium bowl until dough forms. shape into ball, knead 10 times.
• 3 roll dough 1/2 inch thick on surface dusted with baking mix. cut with 2 1/2 doughnut cutter. place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
• 4 bake 8 minutes or until set. cool slightly. glaze with your favorite glaze.
