Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 (11 ounce) package chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup light rum or 1/4 cup dark rum (or more)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for rolling

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine the crushed cookies and pecans.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 stir in the corn syrup and rum.
  • 4 blend well.
  • 5 place the powdered sugar in small bowl.
  • 6 roll the cookie mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • 7 then roll in powdered sugar- until well coated.
