Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients
- 1 (11 ounce) package chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup light rum or 1/4 cup dark rum (or more)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for rolling
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine the crushed cookies and pecans.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 stir in the corn syrup and rum.
- 4 blend well.
- 5 place the powdered sugar in small bowl.
- 6 roll the cookie mixture into 1-inch balls.
- 7 then roll in powdered sugar- until well coated.
