Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cloudberry jam
Recipe
- 1 whip the cream and sugar, add vanilla extract.
- 2 fold in the cloudberry jam.
- 3 pour into a nice bowl and decorate with cloudberries.
- 4 may be served with krumkaker or almond flavored cookies or used between layers of a torte.
