Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups almond flour (or any nut flour)
- 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
Recipe
- 1 mix all well and form into 24 small balls.
- 2 press flat on anbungreased cookie sheet. decorate with an almond slice if you like.
- 3 bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
