Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 8 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and cheese in food processor.
- 2 add flour, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- 3 add pecans.
- 4 roll into balls and flatten with a fork.
- 5 bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
