Chocolate Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box devil's food cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 in a large bowl combine all ingredients except semi sweet morsels and butterscotch chips and mix well.
- 3 stir in semi sweet morsels and butterscotch chips.
- 4 drop by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cooking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- 5 bake for 10-12 minutes.
- 6 cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets.
- 7 remove to wire rack.
- 8 store in airtight container, if they last long enough to store.
