Chocolate Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 in a large bowl combine all ingredients except semi sweet morsels and butterscotch chips and mix well.
  • 3 stir in semi sweet morsels and butterscotch chips.
  • 4 drop by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cooking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • 5 bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • 6 cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets.
  • 7 remove to wire rack.
  • 8 store in airtight container, if they last long enough to store.
