Ingredients
- 4 ounces butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup plain flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup mixed fruit
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 cream together the butter, sugar and salt.
- 3 add egg and mix well, add fruit.
- 4 stir in sifted flours and cocoa.
- 5 press into a greased swiss roll tin.
- 6 bake in a moderate oven 30 minutes.
- 7 ice with orange icing.
