Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 100 g butter
• 100 g sugar
• 1 tablespoon golden syrup
• 150 g self raising flour
• 85 g chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 pre heat oven to 180c.
• 2 weigh butter and sugar and beat together until creamy
• 3 beat in golden syrup.
• 4 mix in half the flour
• 5 stir in chocolate chips
• 6 mix in remaining flour
• 7 work dough together with your hands then divide into 14 balls.
• 8 place well apart on baking sheet – don’t flatten *.
• 9 cook for 12 minutes
• 10 cool on the tray first then on a wire rack.

• 12 plain chocolate chip and orange zest.
• 13 chocolate chip and raspberries.
• 14 chocolate chips and nuts.
