Coconut Brownies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 125 g butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • icing sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180 celsius.
  • 2 line 20cm tin with paper.
  • 3 melt butter then add cocoa and then stir in sugar.
  • 4 add one egg and stir well.
  • 5 add other egg then coconut and vanilla.
  • 6 sift flour and baking powder and add to mix.
  • 7 pour into tin.
  • 8 bake 30 to 35 minutes.
  • 9 stand in tin 5 mins then turn out.
  • 10 when cold cut into bars and dust icing sugar.
