Ingredients

- 125 g butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- icing sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180 celsius.
- 2 line 20cm tin with paper.
- 3 melt butter then add cocoa and then stir in sugar.
- 4 add one egg and stir well.
- 5 add other egg then coconut and vanilla.
- 6 sift flour and baking powder and add to mix.
- 7 pour into tin.
- 8 bake 30 to 35 minutes.
- 9 stand in tin 5 mins then turn out.
- 10 when cold cut into bars and dust icing sugar.
