Cheddar Cheese Straws

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb finely grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 cream cheese and butter together using an electric mixer.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 4 roll dough out to a 1/4" thick rectangle on a floured cutting board.
- 5 cut into 3/4" wide strips.
- 6 twist the strips a few times and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- 7 bake 5-7 minutes; cool on a rack.
