crab meat canapes

Ingredients

• 12 slices bread, toasted
• 1 cup lump crabmeat
• 2/3 cup mayonnaise
• 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 4 scallions, sliced

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400,.
• 2 remove crusts, cut into triangles,toast bread on both sides, remove from oven mix remaining ingredients, top each toast with mixture.
• 3 lower oven to 375, add toasts to cookie sheet, bake 10 minutes.
